Maelia Davis

Maelia Davis owns and manages the RE/MAX Property Group brokerage in Cypress, Texas and is also a full time realtor herself. She is a seasoned sales veteran who began her real estate career in 1997 as an investor "flipping" houses in Southern California while working in the television industry. She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience to help you buy your dream home, sell a residential property, an investment property, a second/vacation home or some land in the great state of Texas! Maelia was born in Cuba and has lived in Spain, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Texas, California and Florida. Due to her extensive relocations for work, she knows what it takes to make relocating as easy and stress-free as possible. She brings maturity, insight, negotiating skills and a keen ability to understand what each client really wants to every real estate transaction. In addition, she is a sharp negotiator with years of experience sizing up price and value. Maelia currently lives in Cypress and is happily married with 5 kids and 2 dogs.
